We have some great news! Starting with this post, we’ll be announcing a series of exciting features we’ve been working on in the past couple of weeks! So, to begin with, we’ve started rolling out improvements in order creation and management on Megaventory!
Here they are, in short:
- payment methods in the supplier and client entities
- locations and addresses for transferring goods, and
- some extra supplier and client data in lists.
Payment Methods for Supplier and Client Entities
When filling in the supplier’s or client’s information, you will be able to choose by what method you will proceed to the payment. Click on the respective cell and select among bank transfer, card, cash, and other custom payment methods. This way you will have all the significant information gathered up in the same template.
Of course, you can also customize the existing methods by the localization module available in Megaventory.
Location Addresses for Transferring Goods
We know that internal transfers of goods are one of the most used features of Megaventory so we made it even easier for you! Hence, by creating a new internal transfer and choosing the recipient location, its address will automatically be updated in the respective cell.
Thus, you will spend less time editing the form to add information. In addition, this update will help you save some time and effort from your day-to-day workflow!
Supplier and Client Information in Lists
We have added some extra capabilities for your suppliers and clients. In the supplier section of the menu, you can view the existing suppliers. Then by clicking on “select columns” the following pop-up will come up.
Previously, there wasn’t a capability for enabling Tax IDs, email addresses, and phone numbers. Currently, you can add the respective columns in the table and access full visibility of their information.
Let’s Summarize it
All in all, from now on you will be able to add payment methods to supplier and client entities. Also, addresses will be automatically filled in from locations when you ship or receive goods and data information such as email, tax IDs, and phone numbers can be enabled in the supplier or client data list.
In Megaventory, our customers are a priority and excellent support is one of our core values! That’s why we try to constantly improve our app.
